★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservation made few days before dine in.
After sit down were told oven was occupied for others' reserved steck so all baked menu unavailable.
More than half of menu such as pizza, pork, salmon and some chicken meal was unavailable.
Not a pleasure experience but manager manage well by giving us free appetite and wave our bill. Hope the shop can do better next time by inform in advance of the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very weird experience i had. very nice on first visit but a terrible one when i called to cancel reservation 30 mins prior to my arrival. I got some weird angry reaction from their staff. wth is wrong with that guy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow over 200 food reviews, most great but non often you come to a place you deserve to shame.
Well, the shame is brought on yourself.
2 hours to dine, fine.
In 5 minutes, you inform us that we have 1/2 hours to dine.
Food came in 45 minutes and you tell us that we have 10 minutes to dine.
To dine what? An RM300 steak.
Well done. Not the steak. The steak is medium rare as expected.
The service is medium "nothing".
To have the audacity to ask us if we can afford the food? Honestly, don't be stupid why would we order it if we can't pay.
If you're intellectual, don't lower your standard. Dont spend good money and make a fool of yourself. In short, don't dine here. I can assure you that none of the good reviews are truly honest.

But how come you can serve smoky duck spaghetti without smoke duck?? Claiming that your chef forgot to put it, then serve us separately the smoke duck instead of having a new plate of replacement to us ?
A kind reminder, never ever order hot sauce buffalo wing, as that plate of devil will give u diarrhea the whole night ? No kidding ya.
Pork chop is tender and juicy, the only meal i feel the penny i spent was worthy.
In conclusion, first and the last time to visit this restaurant which does not deserve a rating of 4.8 on facebook

Other staff been well trained too.
Price is reasonable and acceptable.
Overall it is a good place to enjoy a drink with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The plus points for this new bar in Eco Botanic is the live music played by pianist and violinist, cozy look interior, cocktails, and attentive service. Personally, the food was average and definitely needs improvement in many aspects when you look at the price range. I think would be best to explain more about the pricing for the Wagyu steak. We were not expecting it would cost RM 600++ because we were not aware if it is premium high grade Olive Wagyu from Japan or something else. The cost is not the problem but the information should relay properly when taking the order and the quality of the food to compensate the price. This is our honest feedback, I guess we were spoiled of having premium steak in Texas and when in Japan so definitely we could tell the big difference. It is not being boastful but we travelled quiet enough and knew, best of the best restaurants there is.
Anyway, the candle in the cocktail is our idea and we put it there for fun. I must say, I have never seen anyone did that so far anywhere, here or even during our travels overseas. Happy with it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It gave us a bad experience when we come in. I heard that it is a very famous restaurant and the environment is also very good. However, there is no enough food on the spot. I really hope they can improve their short.
After finish our dishes, they apologized to us and gave us some free snacks and drinks. So far so good, their service is good.
