★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic is ok. Agak kosong. Pelik tak kenapa sentiasa kosong..tak. kosong sebab doktor dia tak berapa nak patient friendly. Tapi kalau nak cepat dan parking senang, boleh la pi sini. Kalau nak layanan elok, pi la tpt lain. Takat nak mc ke..ok lah.
 Clinic is ok. It's a bit empty. It's weird why it's always empty..no. empty because the doctor doesn't want to be patient friendly. But if you want to be fast and parking is easy, you can come here. If you want good service, go somewhere else. I just want to go ... it's ok.

Dr. Lai and staff is friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my request.
Dr. Lai did a great job with my first ever health exam. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with.It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Highly recommended.
