Do yourself a favour, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR PACKAGE AT ALL COST. With the price paid for their package you can opt for comprehensive health screening at any hospital or medical centres, as and when you like. There's practically NO SERVICE PROVIDED by sales person/CS and they dont bother to inform you of their policy changes, if any. Office phone can never be reached! I signed up for their RM12k+ package (for 15 times health screening) in 2009. On top of that, there is a Yearly re-enrollment fee of RM600-700 incurred (this fee increases annually too!) AND WORST OF ALL if you missed your yearly checkup, 1TIME OF YOUR SCREENING PACKAGE IS BURNT/YEAR). I only learnt about this new policy 2 years back and wasted a few times screening. Such a rip-off! Back then they claimed can lock-in the screening price with no expiry.. feel so cheated like many others. My advise spend your time and money elsewhere.

HELP.....This is one of the WORST company my family have every deal with. They are rude, incompetent and I feel like I am dealing with crooks rather then medical related professional company. Once they signed you up, the rest is DOWN HILL. They have been increasing their additional yearly screening cost at COMPOUNDED 5% and this was not clearly expressed when you sign up, but the increase is apparently allowable in small print. My husband signed up 15 sessions around 2009/2010. He subsequently suffered from brain damage due to brain hemorrhage and has been permanently disabled since August 2014. PH never prescribe MRI even though my hubby has frequent pressure and headaches and went for health screenings under PH. I vaguely remember insurance coverage but could not verify as I can not locate the PH contract. I though there was a insurance coverage for permanent disability but PH refuse to give me a copy of their contract since I could not locate my husband's PH contract. Obviously my hubby could not go for check up since he is PERMANENTLY disabled. I tried to get refund but they say it will be burnt if no body go for check up. This company has no empathy, no ethic. They are rude, incompetent and I feel like i am dealing with a crook rather then medical related company. Its the WORST WORST company. My advise is NEVER to sign up. If anyone has a copy of the contract around 2009/2010 please check if there is insurance coverage for PERMANENT disability. I really need HELP since I cannot find my hubby's PH contract

Don't bother signing up for health packages with Preventive Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. They have customer service staff who will waste your time with one-liner emails only to tell you 2-4 mails later that you need 7 days' advance booking within the same month to lock in a promotional health screening package price at the hospital of your choice. In fact they could have mentioned in their first email that the promotion is no longer valid in view of today's date. I guess with the 3 years of instalment payments I've completed, they don't give a damn. No wonder they wouldn't allow comments on their FB page. Good thing that reviews on them are not spared on Google!

BAD service. Call for N times no people pick up phone and send messages no people reply for booking. They thought people is very free no need work and keep calling them to make appointment.Unless u are rich enough to buy the package. After buy the package just can feel the painful every year to make appointment. The annual fee every year getting expensive than another year. Not make sense and not worth This is not few hundred ringgit package, is a few thousand K ringgit package (RM 20K +), but the service is very very very bad.

really bad services and cheating company. Now they even change the hospital to others because Pantai Hospital is expensive. How can they do this as i have already paid lots of money. The sales Esther even ask to do the check up in July 2020 (within one month time) or it will be burnt. Then in March 2021 the sales Esther ask again to do check up in March 2021 if not it will be burnt! I just do the check up half year ago, now need to do another one, really bad! I said cant force people to do check up, Esther just told me then it will be burnt!!! Anyone who can gv advice how to lodge a complain to which kementerian?

Is a painful process every year to get a booking done with preventive health care!!! Office with just 1 person and the sales person is sucks, sounds like I owe her tons of money!!! As many people wrote, the health check up packages they sell are not cheap and the additional cost charge annually increase year by year. I don't mind and understand the rising medical cost but the service provided are not comparable to the price I paid!!! ???????????????

Thinking to book appointment for medical screening this year, unfortunately this company no pick up call & reply message?Really dissapointed We have paid all the package seem no feedback & response at all..is this company shut down? The mainly problem is, both the contact numbers given by PH are not reachable, regardless via direct call or WhatsApp or WhatsApp calls, there is nobody reply me as well as not pick up the calls, even i keep in calling and sending message, read but not respond at all. This company service is terrible bad. This is not 1st time i face problem for booking appointment. This same poor and slow respond issue, repeated every year when i wish to make appointment for body check up. The body checkup arrangement need to take super long time to wait the customer service to respond, they have habit either read but not respond, or it super long period to respond. I super regret to sign up the body check up package via this company. It makes my life become harder as i need to spend longer and more time to repeated chasing and following up with PH PIC. This is the worst and most terrible customer service industry i am facing. I will share out my disappointed experience to my friends and family via my social media. I wish to log a complaint to their customer service and their workers team on their super poor service, ignore client's messages and calls. Please never ever believe on their promise. You definitely will be regret from 2nd years onwards. If there is any marks can choose in negative , i will select -100% on their lousy service.
