★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service by the host and staff. I stayed for 2 days and the host and their staff kindly attend to every request. I definitely would recommend to anyone who is travelling with their family as the room provided spacious and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has no respect for guest privacy. Tried to gain entry to my room with their master key on the pretext that they are trying to make sure I was safe and ok. My partner was alone at that time and in the shower that can't be locked. It was shocking and traumatic for her. Luckily the door was latched. They insisted on forcing in even though she shouted at them to stop and look for me the next morning as I was not around. This is total violation of privacy. I was late in payment but regardless of what it was, such action is totally acceptable. Do not stay in this place if you value your privacy and safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the room! When I enter the room it felt like a five-star hotel. The toilet looked clean, no dust/hair seen on the floor. Not to mention the process of my check in and check out was brief and smooth.Definitely, be booking Propersuites if I were to stay in KD again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were pretty and comfortable. Toilet was huge. Would hesitate going back cuz of the toilet. It is clean, but I'm picky about places which are usually out of sight. It is worth it for what we paid for, but I would have paid abit more for better toilet.
Host got back and was really professional to offer their apologies, and promised to serve us better in the future. Will give it another shot when in the area next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very nice! Got a lot of restaurants and fews of 24hr shop. The view so nice. Even at night there's still restaurant open and you wont feel in danger walking around. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. BUT. The some of the security guard, his body odor smell so strong. Please advice them to taking care of their hygiene better or tell them nicely to put on body spray. Cause the gate place a bit deep inside and the whole place smells like his body odor. Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guard was not helpful, every guard not helpful. Maybe my luck that day cz i got the dirty studio room. I guess no one clean up the toilet like we did to our home. I booked for 3days, request to change but then I choose to walk to another hotel. Refund are not applicable i dont mind. But please dont post the clean photos for customers to choose nx time.
