β β β β β Faizul, who is the main agent there, is an extremely rude and disrespectful person. I did not get a single response/reply from Faizul when I texted him three times within three days asking for an update on the next steps for my Bfull motorbike license, and to inform him the days I will be available in KL as I currently work outside of KL. Instead of responding to any of my text, he called me straight after I sent the third text, and started yelling at me to be patient and stop texting him as he will get back to me when he can and knows the available date for my next class. After confronting him in English (as I am more comfortable speaking in English) about not replying my messages, his response was 'eh! jangan cakap English lah, kami ni di Malaysia, cakap lah Melayu!β, which was uncalled for. After switching back to Malay, I questioned him for yelling at me when I was speaking in a soft tone throughout the whole conversation (as I was in the office at the time). He sarcastically responded with βok saya mintak maaf banyak banyak, ampun banyak banyakβ. The conversation ended with me having to accept his sarcastic apology as the conversation was dragging on and I had to get back to work. In conclusion, I strongly advise against getting your license done here as you could possibly be mistreated by Faizul. It is a shame as Ive been a resident in TTDI for over 20 years, and also completed my driving license with them over 10 years ago.

β β β β β Their management doing everything so slow and you have to keep remind them. As for who need to transfer driving school bcoz of some emergency family matters and ask them for transfers letter since early on July but until now August didnt get bcoz they said 'pihak pengurusan tak sign lagi'. Seriously until when do i have to wait? Maybe next year 'pihak pengurusan ada free time utk sign letter for me'? And everyday you have to ask them to make it as soon as possible. Really bad service for expensive fees. Not recommended
