You have no other choices in this area, and this hot stamping service is recommended by their competitors in this area.
So, you can go for options for normal printing, photocopying, binding services unless you have to do hardbound hot stamping.
Anyway, the owners are friendly and gave you lots of suggestion in editing. Good job for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not friendly. I am survey and asking price for hardcover thesis but i just get a bad service from the woman at the counter. How come you can rolling eye to the customer ? So rude and i am so dissapointed. You just lost 1 customer , might be consider with the price but when i got a bad service from her , huh sorry better go find another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff is not friendly. they even gave the receipt with left hand???? i smile at them and they just stare at me. at least smile back. i come here with my dad. please improve your customer service. the staff directly ask the customer what they want right after they come. like they dont want customer to come???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Services. Want to print an artcard but the staff at the counter say they dont know what is artcard. It's really weird that a staff that working in a printing shop dont know the type of paper, and said that they didnt have artcard??? but i actually did print artcard here before. Fine, it's okay after we found artcard at the stationery section right beside their shop and asked them to print but the staff say that they about to close store but the printer are still in operation？？
