★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Upon arriving at the office, front desk staff wouldnt even lift their faces to at least greet us, let us stood there clueless, until we greet them first. What a joke on customer service.
2. Not proactive at all- went to inquire about the fees for swimming pool access, staff informed about the fees and thats it. On my second visit to actually apply for the card, staff inform about application forms with various supporting documents to be provided. Couldnt they have informed this during my first visit?
3. Office was closed 5mins before their stated lunch hour break.
