โ โ โ โ โ Only dropped by to change grip wraps. The storekeeper seemed knowledgable in the needs of a badminton player. Won't hesitate to stop by again if I had to refurbish my badminton kit.

โ โ โ โ โ Request to change new hole, old out of shape, promise to change wtout charge for new hole, when ask how much said no charges will be charged, in the end disappointment, new own string charge expensive ??.

โ โ โ โ โ Arrogant, I wouldn't recommend. I was a regular customer, until one day he talked to me rudely for no apparent reason.
Many other badminton shops can provide the same service and be polite to customers at the same time. Support business with good etiquette, which is not this one.

โ โ โ โ โ Very unfriendly customer service. Was asking if able to repair my daughterโs badminton racquet, the lady owner didnโt even bother to take a closer look on the racquet condition and hastily telling me itโs beyond repair, and told me just buy a new one. Well, I actually intend to buy a new replacement for my girl, but Iโm not giving my business to this shop. Totally unfriendly.
