β β β β β I send my puppy to tmn mayang branch for grooming today. She is very young, less than 2 kg and It's a Pomeranian mixed shih tzu. Groomer suggested to trim all the hair. We were there to watch full process, From trimming, cleaning of her ears, cutting the nails and showering her. Total costs us RM72. This is the first time we groomed our puppy. I don't know whats the reasonable price for it but to us it was quite pricy for a small puppy.

β β β β β I was buying stuff, I could hear dog squeling. I turned to realize they also have grooming, I could see 3 workers grooming 3 dogs. One of them was so rough, when it squealed, the worker hit the dog and held its head using force from her arm ( like how you would choke someone) I told the guy at the counter n he said maybe the hair badly tangled.. I told him still not a reason to hit or be so abusive. He sd there were complains one of the worker is rough. My only reply was.. U know and she still works here? Even his boss knows n given feedback but apparently not stern enough. Dogs can't speak and they can't tell their parent what happened. So when sending for grooming, choose wisely fur parent.. I feel sorry for the black poodle that was there about 12 noon on the 2 1st of Feb. I will not recommend grooming at this place. Abusive groomers.

β β β β β I send my cat for grooming at this place couple times. The service was fine, wish it would've been smoother in my opinion. But overall, just fine.

β β β β β Please DO NOT send your pets to the Sri Damansara Branch cause they do not take of them well. My dog βstockingsβ came back home with severe eye allergy to the point these canβt open her eyes which has never happened to her before. The doctor even said sheβs got scratches on her eyes and she canβt tell if itβs from her or from the groomers.
