β β β β β I haven't been here for a while and decided to return. Regretfully, the quality has dropped. I ordered Nabeyaki Udon and was totally disappointed. The egg broke in the soup and that messed up the clean flavours and appearance. The kitchen and service staff should have seen it and made a fresh one but that was not the case.
Had a couple of sushi and that was ok, something I could get from any other Japanese restaurant.
Update on 5 January 2020
I added 2 more stars after my lunch today! I ordered the udon and nigiri set and it was really good. The udon had a nice spring to the bite, the nigiri had the right amount of wasabe and just the right size, and I received wonderful service at the counter. The wait staff was busy but the chefs took care of me. I received an delightful tomato and tuna gelee too! Unexpected but very welcomed.

β β β β β Celebrating birthday here.. Their service are good especially Wendy who are very patience and mindful towards us. I order unagi and shashimi and it was super delicious. First time here and sure will repeat again.

β β β β β The up to expectation food quality and service of a Rakuzen restaurant. The built of this restaurant is compact but it provides a lot of privacy when dining. Quality and portion of meals provided is generous for its price. Great for large crowds as they have many private rooms.

β β β β β Decent ambiance and service. Also food was quite good however I didn't feel it was worth the money. The rolls only come with 4 pieces for 30rm. You can definitly find better value in other chains such as Sushi Zanmai. Also a chicken katsujyu was also 30rm. This is quite exorbitant! It's just a plate of rice chicken and egg. Not any different from sushi zanmai where it costs 20rm at most. I can't reccomend this place due to the price. However the food is still good.

β β β β β Our group of five totally enjoyed the food on the table. My favourite is unagi n salmon skin. Given a comfortable n clean private room in the restaurant to enjoy delicious Japanese food, the service provided was attentive n courteous. Damage to my pocket was reasonable. Worth another visit. The mall itself seems to be struggling a little with low foot traffic n not all units are opened.

β β β β β The environment and atmosphere at this place is very relax and calm. Being located in one of the convenient place that easy to seen by the customer, just by the entrance. With the menuβs like sashimi, wagyu tataki, beef udon and shrimp fried rice was very delicious that meet my expectations. Along the price that is reasonable with the food serves and the welcoming staff that always smile when serving us, we are very pleasure to been eating here. Recommended to bring along family and some friends to hangout with a long time.
