★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ray Performance is a very professional service center, recently replaced the timing chain system & wheel bearing in our BMW C3 along with diagnostics & other minor repairs, replaced all the suspension rubber bushings in our Chevrolet Captiva along with Shock Absorbers & Turbo Boost hose system & clean & paint rusted areas in the rear storage area. Replace Shock Absorbers & sorted suspension noises on our Mitsubushi ASX. Ray & his mechanics are very professional & take a lot of pride in their work. Ray can get parts for our Captiva that Chevrolet service center cannot supply. Ray Performance Sdn Bhd priced are reasonable & their suppliers can provide spares in normal circumstances very quickly. Ray & his family go out of their way to provide excellent customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In JB, it’s hard to get a workshop that’s both skilful and with good integrity. That’s why Ray has moved far away from me, but all of my personal cars and company cars are being serviced at his workshop.
There are more than 100 staff from our company and most of them do the same. That speaks a lot about Ray Performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a v v v bad experience when I send my car to Ray Performance workshop to repair my car air conditioner. I was charged RM4400 for two second hand compressors within a period of less than 3 months. After paying for the second air conditioner , it works only for 20minutes! After that I had to send to another workshop to repair the air conditioner! Normally a brand new air conditioner compressor costs RM2000. After collecting my car, my Touch n Go card, a wallet from Turkey with RM100+ n the letter J from my car number plate went missing. Even the sound of my car honk changed to a horrible sound! After much argument, Ray Performance refunded me RM1000. By sharing my experience in the review, I was threatened that the company intended to claim the loss from me. I am just a poor elderly retiree. Please help me!

The quality of your repairs far exceeds all expectations, and everything was done in a courteous, timely way.
Ray, the mechanic, was extremely helpful and honest about the work necessary on our cars. He carefully explained the testing he planned to do, the results of his tests, and what course of action he and I should take to correct the problem.
I had gone to Honda expecting to be charged a great deal of money for the work. But Ray discovered the problem and the solution to be far less drastic than we both had originally anticipated. Because of his honesty, I saved several hundred dollars and a great deal of frustration.
P.S. Ray is an engineer who left his engineering job in oil & gas and follow his passion to become a mechanic to serve society and give the car service to his customers which he has not received in his life.

Ray is very professional in his work, before he
started working on my car, he will do a very thorough check to ensure the things that needs to be replaced, be replaced.
He is also very knowledgeable in his field and explained really well and in detailed on the things that needs to be done and not to be done. Not a pushy sales person I must say, but a genuine and honest guy that wants the best for you and your ride.
A workshop you can entrust your car to with a peace of mind.
