Tried several dishes, they are pretty good. All are flavourful.
One thing I like about it is the good selections of vegetables.
Price is pretty standard. If I'm being nitpicking, I would say it is a tad more pricy than the usual economy rice stall. Considering the clean and cozy environment you sort of pay that extra rm1 or 2 for that.
Service was quick. They also accept ewallet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet another mixed rice restaurant to open along Jalan Gunung Rapat. This is one is a pretty spacious, air-conditioned and brightly-lit eatery centre serving a big variety of pre-cooked Chinese home food. If fully opened, it would be occupying a space of 3 adjoining shops. Under the management of Jia Xiang Group 菜饭之家, quality of ingredients and preparation of food is assured.
Having said all the good things, a hygiene factor crops up. Why would the owner of this G. Rapat branch allow customers themselves to choose and scoop the food onto their own dishes? Would it not be safer for a few selected food workers to handle the food? Would not this be a health hazard during the current Covid-19 outbreak?
