★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best ikan bakar spot in town..
Why? Because the prices were fair and reasonable, and here you can choose from a variety of fish, sotong, udang etc, ikut bajet korang..
My tips if you are planning to come here:
1. Come a bit earlier for dinner, around 6-6:30pm because tempat ni normally akan packed with customers starting 7:30pm, especially during weeekend and public holidays.. trust me, I've been there during weekend (we have to wait for almost 45 minutes for our bakar petai ?)
2. Jgn lupa ambik sotong.. and the sotong can ambik lebih sikit sebab it is cheap and sedap!!! (bakar petai)
3. Everytime we come here, i mesti order Ikan Merah Bakar Petai, tak pernah tak order.. maybe sebab i suka texture ikan merah yang kena bakar.. and what about you guys? Any ikan masak apa2 yang boleh kami try?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd came about 9 o'clock at night gathering with my colleague and ordered bawal fish, pari, crab & squid & 1 plate of rice. Sadly the rice not reach the table even any plate ?.. food taste just ok not as good as the main branch in kuantan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest review. The food is just mild and customer services is very very very slow even the place is not crowded. Not what i expected from such a big restaurant. They should alert when customer entering the place as I only been served to order my drink half an hour waiting. I even had called the waiter many times and they just only can say "kejap eh". kejap eh his father headlah. I even found a fish scale in my sotong tempura. I wish i can vomit on the chef head so he realize how disgusting the food he prepared. I recommend you to go to other ikan bakar restaurant nearby. The food and service are far better from this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of seafood choice from types of fish, to prawns sizes, octopus and crabs. A bit pricey. The main issue though is the taste. My rating is mainly for the taste. With all the hype, was expecting more / better. Ok to try but not planning to repeat. Just me and my wife's taste. Others may love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to their branch in Kuantan. This is my first time in Bangi, much bigger than in Kuantan. Parking is limited.
Food is decent as expected. However, I have to rate them 2 stars due to two basic things that they ignored.
1) Cleanliness
You can blame the customers of course, some of us still don't know tables manners. You don't just leave leftovers on the table, tulang ikan semua. Back to restaurant, it is their responsibility to clean it PROPERLY. They used the same napkin to eliminate the leftovers, and to clean the table, with no sabun at all. So the result is oily and sticky table.
Thank God we had Dettol hand sanitizer, so we cleaned by our own.
2) Customer service
A big, well-known restaurant like Ana, they should've forecast how many customers will come everyday. So on weekends, when table are full, customers have to wait outside, with no guarantee, no guide on which tables we can seat on. Why don't you create a system, numbering for example or simply ask your employee to guide customers to empty tables. It is the most basic customer service and they failed. We love Ana, we wanna support Malay restaurant which serves authentic Malay seafood dishes, but please, raise your standard. When you provide excellent customer service, people will always come back.
This is why MBA is still relevant. Management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ikan bakar ever! The fish bakar petai and sotong goreng tepung is a must order. Ikan bakar is juicy with aroma of sambal petai. 99% is muslim patrons. And they open om Tuesday !
