I started frequenting this place as early as 1990. Everyone has their favourite place for wantan mee and it is really a matter of preference. Yit Foh makes their own noodles, their own wantan and their own barbecued pork(char siew). The owner once lamented that if he could plant his own sawi, the entire plate of wantan noodles would be his creation, literally. The noodles are springy, thanks to the use of Duck eggs (not ordinary chicken eggs). The flavour of pork lard makes the noodles fragrant with a touch of umami unlike the normal black or white soya sauce condiments. I prefer a sit-in eating to take-away. Even though their take-away packaging is appropriate, they charge 50cents extra and depending on the chef(he/she could be inconsistent when cooking the noodles), the takeaways can sometimes result in gooey, overcooked noodles depending on the time it reaches home to you to savor it. So for best results, just eat in - the flavor is the best!!

Similar to Ah piaw wanton mee, but they dont put black sauce to their noodle. Very good wanton noodle near KSL.

I have been eating here since young. Personally feel that the night version is nicer than the day version. Springy noodles ?

Char siew, noodles and wantons all made in house and tossed with delicious sauce and lard that, you’ve guessed it, is made in house as well. Very good.

The noodles were well cooked and it was quite spicy! The portions are good for its price but I think its popularity comes from the fact that it’s located within the vicinity of KSL.

Good fried dumpling though it’s a bit small in size. Noodles are fresh and a bit on the wet side. Decent food offerings.

The tables and utensils are not cleaned well. They're oily and requires you to wipe them again with tissue. This restaurant is self service due to the popularity of Singaporeans. Thus, it has upset locals they way business is conducted. However, food still taste good for dine in and takeaway.
