Dont buy LG equipments if you want better quality goods

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an absolute terrible service center. Reported a problem about my microwave oven and it took them more than 2 weeks to visit. Then it took them close to 2 months to repair. All these despite repeated follow ups, and escalations. Now I have a problem with the refrigerator , reported last week Tuesday. As of today, they are still not here at my house. Again despite numerous calls and follow ups

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very irresponsible. No sense of respect for customer at all. No pride in quality service. I sent in my microwave 4 months ago for repairs and still no news! So many different excuses. They never call me. When I call them to enquire pollitely, they make me feel like I am bothering them. All the certs they display on their wall are nonsense with no good customer service at all. Big mistake to go here.

The request for service is made on Monday they should be can come on Thursday of the same week but it’s the second week already. They still don’t have anyone coming as they promised. And now they receptionist directly end the call and don’t want to solve the problem.
What I can do is only report to the company gv authorisation to them? I’ve given the biggest patience and waited for the time as they promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had good experience with the shop’s service. The staff always answered my messages. Technician that came was very polite and even helped to explain to me while he was fixing my Samsung fridge on site. Recommended shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had bad experience with this service centre. I think they have the worst customer service support. Sent LG TV to them for checking and repair. It took almost 2 months just to get the update on what to repair.
In between, I was trying to call them but no one answer the call.
They claimed that their fixed line problem. If got luck, they manage to answer my call one or two time and the service rep said will call me back tomorrow. But no one call. And it happened few times no one will call back.
The problem is that they just don't bother to contact you even though they know customer not able to call in.
It is just a waste of time!
I will not consider to buy LG brand because of the service centre problem.

They come and see my cooker hood and charge me with Rm 85 and then said will come and do chemical wash but never come till today and keep giving me appointments and I just wait for them like stupid. They charge so expensive just for 2 minutes seeing my my cooker hood. What kind service charges is that and in don't understand. Please be careful with them.
