★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were given invitation that we didn't select. We went to the shop and selected the card. Staff had acknowledged. They will not write the card name or color in the receipt. They asked us to fill up the form with contact details and the invitation details was filled up by them after we left. It was not confirmed with us. Last week when we receive the invitation, we were disappointed as it was not the color we picked. We had contacted them so many times and shared the invitation that we selected. Unfortunately their staff had manipulated the whole story. The invitation is out of stock from Feb it seems. Their staff didn't inform us. If he did, we could select a different card. They printed most similar color card but it was not confirmed by us. We did approved the proof. But we were thinking the color name in the proof is what we selected. They will not show the color copy to confirm. At least the front page. No. Not all. We, the bride and groom had tried to explain that we were right and we got captured the photo of the invitation. Screenshot that showing we shared the invitation in family whatsapp group was sent to them. But they still stand on their staff side that we are wrong. We both strongly believe in God and Karma. If we were lying, karma will definetely hit us. We decided to accept what was given to us. The lesson is pls get the color copy before you sign the proof. They will say they can give b&w only. Don't trust them. People will easily manipulate the story . We are truly hurt with their service. ?
I had just read the feeback from RV cards on the previous low ratings. How aggressive them to reply on that. This is a true story.
