★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本来满喜欢这牌子的黑咖啡，但是每每在网上跟不同卖家买来的咖啡有些是不同味道的，没那么好喝。有跟这家均记联系过反应这问题，但是没得到回应。本来是怀疑市面上有这家冒牌咖啡，但是去年我又再特地去他们槟城店面购买咖啡时，当面询问了店员这问题，得来的答案是市面上没有冒牌货，至于味道为何有变这问题，应该是运输过程的问题导致。虽然那次我当面得到了答案，但是想想，你们公司难道没有觉得若运输过程导致咖啡变味，这是个很大的问题吗？难道顾客就是喜欢喝你们变味的咖啡？？你们公司是没有人才了吗，连这逻辑不通都不懂？还有，这几年我为了避免买到“假货”（也就是运输导致的不好喝的咖啡），我去槟城游玩时都会特地去他们店面一次过购买好几包黑咖啡，包括单纯咖啡粉的包装。然后回家后会拿每包咖啡去称重量，已经有几次称出来的重量是‘缺斤少两’的！我以前有联系过他们反应这问题，然后他们回应说这是不可能的事，说他们的称是有准证的，不过最后他们是有派人来跟我对换咖啡，而我有当着他们派来的人的面称给那人看来证明我买到的是少斤的。而当又再发生这问题时，我已经不想联系他们了。我有将称重过程拍下影片，一直在考虑要不要上报贸消部。真的是对他们越来越失望！

Also, in recent years, in order to avoid buying "fake" (that is, bad coffee caused by transportation), when I go to Penang, I will go to their store to buy several packs of black coffee at one time, including simple coffee. Powder packaging. Then when I get home, I will take each packet of coffee to weigh it. There have been several times that the weight is "missing jins and liang"! I have contacted them before about this problem, and they responded that it is impossible, that their name is licensed, but in the end they sent someone to exchange coffee with me, and I did it in front of me. The face of the person they sent seemed to that person to prove that what I bought was a small amount. And when the problem happened again, I didn't want to contact them anymore. I have filmed the weighing process and have been considering whether to report it to the Ministry of Trade and Consumer Affairs. Really disappointed with them!

These are most likely robusta beans. Dark roasted, nanyang style. Purchase options include ground coffee powder of various grades, pre-mixed white coffee powder (instant) and other instant drink options like instant milk tea.

I cannot fly back to KB due to covid restriction. I only have two packs left and only drink their Kopi every morning.
