★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waited so long for the most pathetic asam laksa. econsave is so near but the pineapple was from a can. if i was overseas n i got an assam laksa like tht... i can ustand.
wld b gd tht they take off the menu like some of the items...

This is the second experience.
So I bought a whole cheese cake from there. I asked the worker there to keep the cake for me, I said I pay it first and I'll come back later to take it. SHE say ok. The next thing I know is after 20++ minutes, when I come back, the cake was already at the table with "Happy birthday"(which I asked her to write on it). What I'm disappointed is, the cake was left on the table at least 20 MINUTES without any worker watching it. OBVIOUSLY, the other workers do not know the cake is mine until I show them the receipt and ask them "is that mine".
Afterwards, they took another 5 more minutes until they FINALLY START packing the cake for me =). There's a new girl who just stand there and did ntg, she didn't even lend a hand to others workers =), didn't even ask them whether they need a help. What worse, this girl at first told me the cake I want is all sold out. What ever cake I choose, she say all sold out. Until another worker come towards me and tell me the cake I first wanted, they still have.
I understand sometimes they are too busy. But at least use common sense. Ask someone if you not sure. And also put the cake back into the fridge, that's how you KEEP a cake right? That's how u maintain their freshness. REALLY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME. I did give a chance. I give my trust and went back to the same place and buy their stuff. But some of the workers have bad attitudes. I WOULD NOT MAKE THE THIRD MISTAKE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience there, bad service attitude, very bad efficiency, workers all playing phone but not servicing customers, order food at 1.30pm but arrive at 2.30pm. Food also taste bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order Salmon Aglio Olio but it was too spicy too eat. Ask for adjustment but end up getting an answer of this is their portioning like this. Will not come for the second time. Food was bad and no point if cuzstomer asking for adjustment. It's F&B line, if too spicy how u expect customer to eat and i pay for it tho! Wordless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd time visit to this outlet, it's really really POOR & WORST experience I ever had before??♀️Their services was slow and unfriendly at all! Make people waiting too long w/out asking anything!!! After done the payment, need to be wait for another 15 to 20mins. HIGHLIGHTED SCENARIO is, 1of the waitress asked with another waitress "KENAPA DIA TUNGGU LAMA, DIA ORDER APE YER??♀️??♀️??♀️" The weird part is, she the one who asked me 'CIK NAK APE & then mintak tunggu sekejap"? Then, busy with their stuffs. Forgotten about that customer who ordered before? It's ridiculous u know, LEARN TO ASSIST AND GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS & IRRESPONSIBLE WAITRESS??♀️ Improve it guys!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasta overcooked which made it expand and the temperature of it is cold. The sauce is generic but the temperature is cold as well. The beef balls are tasty, warm and buttery. Overall this Spaghetti and meatballs is by far the ugliest of all pasta in history and you guys are making Italians cry with this.
