Horrible service. Tried the website, no one to pick up after 3 days, called several times, were informed during the third call that the sf-international website is NOT functioning. Have to book through another website. The app is horrendous. Then they are not sure how you should pay them, it depends on whether the pick up man is having any credit card device, otherwise you pay cash. Never encountered such a horrible company. Would not use it if it was not insisted by the client in China.

Poor service, my goods arrived from Hong Kong missing more than 25days, no responsible person report this to sender or receiver, they awake from sleep just after query raised by receiver and receiver need follow up by email on daily basis, then they will update, finally they replied package gone missing. I will not recommend this courier company to any of my contacts. My missed package number .SF1125467747402.

I send my parcel to china. EASY & convenient to create the airway bill thru the SF app. The security and staff is friendly.

Jan 3 Driver lied. I have been waiting the shipment whole day since 9am. 430pm i called customer service and otw 5:02pm driver said no one home. Receiver absence. I have been waiting at home whole day. Driver lied!!!!!

If you are considering about using their service, GOOD LUCK to you. I have 3 shipments with them, first 2 shipments I lost 35 units out of 80 units of the items that I originally ordered and shipped from China. For the third shipment, the box is totally damaged and the items inside are drenched with water. Don't even think they deserve a one star! The Head of Customer Service did not even bother to call back after I requested a few times to talk to him regarding this matter. They level of competency and quality of service they are giving is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! To everyone ESPECIALLY BUSINESSES who are thinking to use their service, please think twice. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! THEY ARE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BY DELIVERING EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY SERVICE! P.S. One of their customer service staff even shared with me, my case is not the only one. Great! Are they doing anything about it?! Apparently, NO! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO OTHER SHIPPING COMPANIES. LIKE THIS REVIEW TO LET OTHERS SEE. THEY WILL THANK YOU FOR THAT!

Bad experience... Custom officer used wrong HS code and overcharged my item, RM300 tax for a RM510 goods, CS blamed sender no include HS code, if SF is that concern, at least called either one party for further clarification... CS only know how to ask customer for payment but never provide good service... Sadly there is no 0 star...

I call to arrange to rearrange collection parcel at their branch . They said need 1 to 2 days for the relocation and inform me the location to collect my parcel . But within 1 hour they called and I can collect my parcel . Just within 3 hours I get my parcel .. from call SF customer care .. till I collect my parcel . Well done ...

So i deicded to buy a laptop from amazon, and amazon using sf express to ship it to me. I never heard of it at first and decided to check reviews from google. It rated horribly and i understand, not everyone get the same problem. But for my case, i will say, SF customer service really did their job and handle me with care. i did called them up to 3x because i didnt get any email from them. They treat me well. And, you, EL one of the CS that handle me, thank you so much for always double check about shipment, im very happy to be one of your client/customer. And they passed my parcel to their agent, and their agent deliver it safely too. Im very thankful that my stuff arrived safely with no dents. Thank you very much. Much love from me. Hope you guys will grow better and greaater!
