★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received bad treatment in pediatrics ward. Regular on call doctor ask patient to discharge without proper treatment and complete healing despite the specialist said patient still need monitoring. Especially oxygen monitoring. Very bad service will never come again and will ask HKL specialist to take the complaint and bring forward

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yellow zone got doctors standing by for patient assessment now. Good improvement, but paramedics inside are not receiving patient properly. Still the amount of patient coming here are way too many & need long hours(3-4 hours) to wait. People are advised to get treatment at the clinics with online appointment, to shorten the waiting time. Alternatively to private for walk in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place should be banished i have experienced 3 times, they never see patient whatever the emergency is. They keep you waiting on cold uncomfortable chairs for all night long. And they charge heavy bills in advance for non citizens. In short pathetic place to be if you are in pain don’t go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad behaviour, rude and unreasonable all the nurses in the wards. They are 100% i can said racism, only helping for malay if needed the helps. Keep in mind God are always watching what you guys did it will return back to you. Take note. If you guys want only malay people just put at outside this hospital only for malay. Everyone is human take note on that, we are not an animals treat like animals. Exspecially staff and nurses in ward 11 and 6.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the MOST STUPIDEST and most INCOMPETENT hospital I’ve ever come across. They made my grandmother wait for 3 months for a ortho surgery, she’s been on a wheelchair with broken hips. And every time they gave us admission slot and we bring her there for admission, they bloody send us back. The same ridiculous reason, no bed or no OT available. Then why the heck did the doctor give us an admission slot? No one calls and inform prior. Seriously, do not go to this hospital for any reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If can means I’m willing not to give this 1 star too. Last night around 1am I bring my sister here due to suspect of appendix. We waited there till today around 10 am, there is no any doctor came for check. They just ask her to take few test all, after tat there is no news from them. When I go n ask the doctor in charge, he keep asking us to wait. Then the another 1 said u need to wait if u wan treatment bcoz the doctors are not only doing 1 task at here, they are multitasking. I just bring my sister back to home rather than let her to suffer. Seriously… if u go there, u will be coming back without your soul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Gov hospital. Very incompetent. They only let u into the Yellow Zone if the doctor gives permission. There is no way I can see the doctor from outside. How do I get their permission then? I wanted to pass some drinking water to my dad but the guard asked me to wait. They made my dad wait in the overcrowded Yellow Zone for 2 days before finally transferring him to a ward. I wanted to bring him to another hospital but they said I can't do that for now. They just asked me to wait. Some doctors and nurses that I've encountered are rude. Imagine if it was their own family members, how would they feel? Please guys DO NOT choose this hospital for your loved ones. Take them elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i'd suggest kkm engage a quality service consultant to gauge service satisfaction. it's only fair productive staff are retained here and inefficient ones transferred to remote areas
shah alam is a major city, it is logical that the only government hospital here provides exceptional service
imagine waiting for 4 hours due to fever and rash. hungry yet afraid to leave and miss your turn
