Comfortable place to come while they attending your issue. Thereβs a toilet and clean waiting area.
Expect unexpected. Mostly people come here with anger and disappointment. You can witness them arguing with the staff. The frustration is real.
Brings your popcorns and sofa too if you are enjoys Malaysian drama.
Nice place to appreciate my Panasonic appliances at home that never give me headache. Alhamdulillah

β β β β β Bought my fridge for 1 and half year. Now compressors spoilt already. Been calling customer service for 4 times to check on the spare parts. Unfortunately they say the part still not reach yet after 1 month waiting. Really sucks.

β β β β β Worst Customer Service ever. Deteriorated over the years. I was told spare parts has arrived in their Shah Alam Factory on 30 Nov 2021. Until today 11 Nov 2021 they have not send out my washing machine pulsator to their Outdoor Service Agent to be distributed to the Technician. Either they are understaff or staff attitude couldn't be bothered. And they call themselves Leader in Consumer Electronics. No wonder there are so many complaints. This will be the last time I buy a Sharp product. If I can put Zero Star Rating, I will ....!!!!

β β β β β Worst ever customer service answer by a Filipino chap. You don't get any answer for your queries and problem and he can change name for several times in a week if you call in this number. Understand surge of call for quality or service issue and please improve your service to customer complaints. Why hire someone who don't know anything or even seems to even care anything on your brand.

β β β β β For anyone reading this either you already have issue with sharp products or reading to buy one . I have issue with the washing machine so best just avoid for now to get the washing machine if you have read the reviews all gathered from feedback here. And to the customer service team your existence there is on the zone of useless especially the foreign hired staff. I think internally too many complaints to handle and there's no improvement or the telemarketers are just throwing out the issue by pushing back to customer.

β β β β β The most appalling brand of electronics I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My Sharp TV has been constantly giving issues even after being replaced several times under warranty. They have not honored the most recent replacement even though TV is still under extended warranty and I have been wasting months chasing after them with no results to show for it. Customer service is outsourced to the Philippines and the agents are rude, impatient and unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. It usually takes at least 10 or even 20 minutes sometimes for them to pick up, and when they do they are completely lackadaisical and take another 10 minutes to send an email report while putting you on hold. There is also no follow-up at all on their end even after they have promised to call back. Itβs all lip service to shut the customer up. I implore you, please look elsewhere if youβre looking to buy reliable household electronic goods with honest after-sales service. With so many awful ratings from customers with similar experiences, youβd think they would buck up and do something about it. But itβs clear that profit is their only priority, at the expense of the customerβs time, money and trust. Shame on you Sharp Malaysia.

Will not buy sharp kitchen product anymore, they don't even keep simple part like cable plug 230v, other product keeps such part as it is universal to many of their model range.
