β β β β β the service is very bad. i call the bukit beruang skynet no answer. better don't use phone if there's no one answering. i call many times. i suppose to get my parcel at 2nd march and its says no one at home. what a kid reason. i am at home all day and you say i am not at home. useless reason. you don't deserve even 1 star with this type of deliveries

β β β β β Like what the others commented, not picking up their call after thousand times of calling them. But they improved a little on their delivery time. The courier is also nice and well-mannered.

β β β β β First time they called me to pick up the parcel saying that because the security guard doesn't allow them to come in to the apartment area. I asked my guard they said as long is any courier company they will let them in, I confronted the sky net. Anyway, my house is not a new apartment, and skynet should have known. So after a couple of parcel sending to my house or passed to the security guard when I'm not around without a problem.
The last time which is 2 days ago they called me about my parcel arrived, and I told them to pass to the guard house because I'm not in. They can ask me if the security allow, because some might not. I told them they have been delivered few times to the security, why now only questioning? Then they said they will deliver the next day which is yesterday. I went to check with the security guard yesterday, I saw poslaju, and I saw gdex for other house but just kot skynet for my house. Today I try to call their office for so many times no one answer.
Anyway, there are few times I went to their office without anyone inside and the door is locked. The operating hours stated on their door doesn't seems to be accurate, probably their management needed to reschedule their operating hours to accommodate their staff at least as a customer know when to pick up their goods.
However, my recommendation is better use poslaju and try to avoid sending parcel to Melaka using Skynet.

β β β β β The company are poor... because they canβt even afford to repair their phone. No one pick up the phone call after more than 10 calls from me.
*Strongly not recommend to use Skynet if you have urgent items.
