★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super bad service, never pick up call, never send the parcel on the right time, checked the tracking status already at this kb location hub, but already one week plus i havent receive my parcel, may i know what courier service is this ?
Totally not qualified to become a courier service center.
The person who deliver the parcel have called me said will send it soon within that day, but the i have waited 4 days already the parcel still havent reach yet. Totally fail service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow. They didn't even know whenever a new hub was change due to covid outbreak. No communication between branches. Customer items end up rotting in the hub. Avoid this service like a plague

One time, they called to tell us to pick up the package ourselves because no one could deliver.
The latest fiasco is that they were surprised that our package was sitting in the warehouse for so long, after successfully ignoring our calls and not updating the tracking system. Had to go over to the office where it was evident that packages are disorganised and phone rings are ignored.
Probably can excuse one incident but two is telling that this is company-wide problem.
