★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend. Final price is totally diff with what they shown on their IG promotion. I'm fine with the price if the outcome is compatible with the price.However, what they did with my hair is totally diff with what I show to the girl. I show them a dark grey and indicates I have to work so prefer to dyed a dark hair. But, the girl help me to bleach 2 times and come out a super yellowish color. I'm totally unsatisfied with this RM400+ hair. Somemore their skill doesnt worthy the price. My scalp gt hurt for the past few weeks after they bleach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first of all, im very disappointed. the shop is okay, the staff is very rude. to the girl who asking my boyfriend the chair, you can ask nicely. and the appointment is 1 o’clock but i arrived before 1. then i have to wait? then they started 2? i need to wait one hour. the guy who assist me is okay. but the short guy and the short girl is so annoyed and rude. i ask for your opinion because you guys are hairstylist right? tbh im very sad. when its come to my hair im very alert and i know what i want. please be more professional and not sitting and chatting while you have customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the experience was quite okay, staff was nice and polite. Just they were quite busy due to not enough stylist. Just did a simple perm so not so sure about other services, but overall the experience is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant and fun experience. The staff were friendly and polite. Satisfied with their service and also thankful for their advice when it comes to hair care and even good restaurants in this area. The studio has a good atmosphere, very comfortable inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super thankful to the staff for being so understanding and able to make last minute adjustments to our schedule. The stylist is also honest with what outcome we can expect, and professional as well. I had a light brown balayage done, very satisfied with the results. Will visit again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time here and will come for another visits more. I like the quality of the services with reasonable price. I don’t have to worry about paying extra more than I expected. Did 2 times bleach, colouring, the olaplex treatment and keratin treatment. Satisfied with all of it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived on time for the appointment time but was only attended 1 hour later. Deco and ambiance was nice. But they don’t have basic hair dressing table. All the hair dryer & straightener was left on the floor.
Came here for the promo (relaxing & cut) but was recommended to do rebonding and Olaplex. I mentioned to trim off all dry part. Was told hair was too dry, frizzy and curly. Hence relaxing wasn’t enough to straighten and Olaplex was needed.
Anyway, for that price, don’t think it’s worth it. First time hearing stylist can’t do what I would prefer.
