★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a small coffee break here. Love the ID design here and there is outdoor seating. Plenty of paid parking. Good amenities. Try the seating indoor as all the good design is mostly indoor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though not a fan of Starbucks due to its diluted coffee, this spacious outlet in the neighbourhood is a good place to get my work done! It’s cozy and quiet in the morning, but evening is not that pleasant when the kids wander around.
Today’s visit - friendly greetings and quiet atmosphere for business meeting and self-reflection. Raise a start for it ? keep up the good work and be consistent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs here are extremely friendly! I order a pickup through grab as usual in Alam Damai branch before my work. After collection I realised the order is not complete. Walked back from my office to Starbucks to ask about my order. As I was pointing out my missing order, the Malay lady staff pointed out I have set the wrong location nearby for my pickup order! The order I pickup just now was actually the order for another grab rider who's waiting outside! Since I was in a rush I didn't really check the order code before collecting. I apologised and was so embarrased to cause trouble for my mistake but the staff here told me to just keep my order since they have already made a new one to replace the order. I offered to pay for the drink but they assured me that I don't have to and it was okay. They are so nice about it.
I still insisted to pay for the drink after my work tho. I did not get to know their name but if you're reading this, thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for 2 cups of tea. Asked for a ceramic cups, just like how Coffee Bean and The Loaf is serving. Not available. Only bad paper cups. Very poor experience, expected better from Starbucks. Bad for the environment.
