★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the service here, although would prefer a drive thru but the Cashier Service is great! They dont need to open the door for me when i m coming and going out but an appreciated and should be an examplery of what a Great Service is, i wish i would remember her name is ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have dedicated parking for Starbucks customer eventhough the Starbucks located within Petronas area. I need to pay for the fine (the fine is RM50, but the Petronas guy said pay RM30 to unlock the clamp) as I parked more than 45 mins as I do my work in Starbucks. I had breakfast, lunch and tea time in the Starbucks, not sitting in there for free. In that case, the staff should just remind the customer about this. This is totally not a strategic place for Starbucks to be located in Petronas area ???. I chose this Starbucks as it's the nearest branch to my house and the place is cozy, not much customer so that I can do my work peacefully. This branch no longer my choice in future. Should've go to Sunway Giza area rather than paying RM30 for nothing. Parking vallet also much cheaper than this ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is hard to find a cup of good black coffee before 8.00am in Kota Damansara area. When this branch was opened few months ago, I was ecstatic because it opened for business at 7.00a.m!
Today, 13 April 2022, it was closed at 7.30a.m and the staff inside the shop signaled that they open at 11.00am (sic).... sad.......
