★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Starbucks outlet's staff and manager are not well trained. Arrived at 9.30am and plan to order Breakfast set. End up, the staff is so blur and actually none of the food shown on the breakfast set is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband loves this outlet than the other outlet inside the mall because got out-door, can smoke but lately, government law banned all the smoker areas. Hahaha! finally eco-friendly environment, still he likes here because free Sunway Lagoon views. Missed out their new flavour - Sweet Happiness, will comeback to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The latest round of renovation to this branch brings a welcome homeliness to the outlet with warmish lighting and excellent seating options.
One finds it hard to dispute the chain's value for their brewed espresso drinks considering the volume served with each order. Food choices that goes with your choice of brew remains rather generic although the variation and variety has improved probably due to competition, which is a good thing.
Place is also popular for informal meetings judging from the clientele who frequent this outlet.
