★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All my fav restaurants are on Beep. Although with some rider cancellation during peak hours/ festive season which is normal. Averagely orders still arrive within an hour which is great. please get more good foods in beep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the options provided on Beep. But the services need a major upgrade. 2 hours for an order just totally absurd. Occasional system error at restaurant not able to detect. Constant recalculating on estimation time perhaps due to rider are able to send to multiple location.
Dear Beep, upgrading your process and services are definitely needed to serve your clients well. Good service bring you happy client. Sadly not at this platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given zero star if only Google allows it. I am interested in your POS System and would like to make enquiry via your sale "hotline" @ 9212 6688. However, I have been spending my precious time calling the entire morning, yet has no one picking up the call for god sake. Focus on the quality of in-house/backend/staffs before spending a single penny on Marketing/Ads. How do you expect a potential customer to have confident in your company, product, and/or service if your entire sale team can't even pick up a call, period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I can give 0 star. Please think twice if you are putting them in one of your choice. S*** service, lots of excuses, waited more than a month for my POS system to be installed. Promised to come on last Wednesday to do the setup, no show no call, what kind of service is this?! On the same day, promise to send technician to come on Monday, same S*** happened, no show no call. Their system might be okayish, but their service is trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get disappointed whenever I try to order using Beep. I want to support because I have friends in the company but I don't think I can anymore. Just recently my order got cancelled close to an hour after I ordered because the rider never picked up my food.
When I complained to a friend who works there he was apologetic, but he confessed to me that many of the "five star" reviews you will find on Google and even Glassdoor are fake and just there to make the company look good (like the review by Elle below - who I was told is HR person at the company). Complete joke if you ask me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the convenience of Beep QR - I can order and pay in less than 5 minutes (really easy to go Dutch, and not having to deal with confused or slow waiters). So far it's been a straightforward and seamless experience. And I do notice improvements to the app every now and then. It feels good to know that it's evolving according to customer needs.
