★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude attitude and bad service from the staffs. Standing infront of the counter and the 3 staffs over there no one bother to attend you. Just Drop ur food on ur table and away quickly. Called back the female staff to verify my order but showed a frustrated fave immediately and badly responsed. Don't work and stay at home if you dont like to work. We don't pay to see ur face.
Their gyudon was very salty and surprisingly their yakiniku don was even more salty...wondering is their taste bud still working.. What a shame by using this Sukiya name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Do not take initiative to take order. After that, miss our order which make us wait for nothing for 30 minutes. After waited for 50 minutes the food finally arrived and the visual and standard of food is really poor.
Most importantly, they do not feel sorry for missing the order and the attitude remains bad even though is their fault.
Forgot to take picture because the experience is really bad. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite Tokyo bowl! Hooked to spicy/volcano gyudon. With ontama ❤️ their service normally quite slow before (before 2020) but now the waiting time is reasonable. Service, food, facilities all good ?

Very poor hygiene as the photo attached, the cutlery are very dirty, cheese still stick on the fork didn't clean properly.
Menu so many food variations but only Gyudon available, others all no stock.
Gyudon is tasteless.
Overall very disappointed. I went to other outlet, the food is very delicious tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed. I used to love this place and would order the same thing repeatedly; gyudon rice bowl. It's been a while since I came and its gotten far worse. Gyudon is supposed to be thinly sliced beef, broiled till tender. Its supposed to melt in your mouth and the rice, being Japanese rice, should be soft and fluffy as well. The beef is hard and thick, and the rice is chunky and dry. So, so disappointing. We ordered the chicken gyoza too and it was cold when we got it. I suspect that they cook the food much earlier on and leave it out until ordered. The glasses for the green tea have become smaller too but I think that is the outlet's decision. Please hire better staff who follow the recipe and procedures properly, you're just bringing the entire franchise down like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most disappointed is the drink, the matcha series drink, it is tasteless and in addition for the ice it becomes ice water. The gyoza also cold and not being fried nicely.
The price of the matcha drinks is rm10++ , you are able to get more valuable and nice matcha at other place.

Slow service, wait almost 40 minutes for our meal.
Price wise is standard, around RM20-25 per pax meal.
Far sub-standard than midvalley branch.
