My daughter was admitted in ward 38 on the 6th after tested positive in Hilton inn in Puchong and was sent to Sg buloh. After PCR was taken after several days which indicated negative. As she was unvaccinated her quarantine period is suppose to be 10 days but still holding her for nothing and causing stress to her. Most of the patient were discharged but her . Disappointed father

The Doctors, sisters, nurses and support staffs are very hard working relentlessly but they are still smiling and helpful. I think is timely to improve working environments to benefits for all. Humidity is poor working environment. Cleanliness is utmost floor is polishing and sweeping few times a day, ward washroom clean.Parking is worst than holiday balik kampung.

Called me cheapskate patient or anything you like but having been in and out of expensive private hospital and Govt. Hospital. I'd say I consider my solution cost effective. 3rd Class Govt.hospital are served by the same specialist and nurses and they will serve their patient the same service at 3rd Class or 1st Class Ward. But you pay different fee rates for the same service and I honestly dont like to sleep alone in a 1st Class room somewhere at a secluded corner of the hospital. The 3rd Class ward is 4 beds to a room and there is always some humans walking about around you even at 4am unlike in 1st Class where you will have to search for the nurse who might be snoring somewhere when you need their assistance. It is the same level of service at a private hospital, you paid RM10's of 000. I was at PMC and DSC paid nearly RM80,000 and the Specialist doctors there referred me to a Govt. Specialist doctor because this Govt. doctor is the #1 Specialist in Malaysia. And her Govt hospital fee is chicken feed compared to RM80k I paid to PMC/DSC. Whether I am in 1st/3rd Class it will be the same doctor will monitor me. Sg. Buluh Hospital is a well plan laid out facilities newer construction than Selayang Hospital. But as in any hospital your perception a "good' or "bad" hospital service is through your interaction with the staff doctors, nurses, orderlies. I was there on 3 ER admission (latest was 22/Feb 2020) serious enough for ambulance to be called because it is nearest to my house. My doctors and hospital referral is at Selayang due to the rare disease I am suffering from. A very young petite female doctor handled my case and she call for an emergency procedure based on my wifes input of my medical history and saved my life. The next 3 days spend in recovery was not so pleasant with a male doctor who look like he is ready to euthanized me everytime he was "forced" to visit me after 3 days in a coma. After 3 days I was transferred to my "base Hospital Selayang" till discharged. It is all about human relation.Experience will vary from one reviewer to another. This hospital is modern with wide open spaces and wards with ample parking space. It is also a teaching hospital with nursing student training from local college and over the years I was also a "speciment" patient for a local medical Uni conducting their Masters/ Specialist exam. One thing I notice is that the staff looked better motivated than Selayang and much happier lot. But the outpatient clinic and pharmacy is very dissapointing it is small and looked drab where Selayang excelled. And the ER unit is sufficiently staffed and equipped compared to Selayang which is over stretched to almost breaking point ER unit.

Used to be a new, beautiful and state-of-the-art public hospital, now it's deteriorating and too crowded. It's time for the government to invest in some money for major upgrading works. Kudos to the doctors, nurses and other staff members who have shown dedication and commitment in providing the best possible service.

Worse hospital ever in the world especially with 6B ward (bersalin). Dr keep asking stupid questions such as 'What kind of germ/bacteria they found when they carried out the test down there? etc. The way the Dr talking to the patients while cekak pinggang, also, were not favourable at All! For Covid-19 patients, the Drs will not hesitate to endorsed fears onto patients such as 'Your lung is damaged, your kidneys are faulty, your oxygen has dropped' while the oxygen reading is 98%, and no fever or cough experienced by the patients on that time! Surely this place is meant for mental illness after clinical illness. May be for death! And many more. I wonder who is the Director? ?
