β β β β β Came here twice, the lady boss is good and the service was not bad. But not today, boss isnβt here, so I think the workers simply wash my car, after paying rm35 for wash+vacuum+nano mist, I went to check my car, itβs still dirty, and the carpet is dirty too, I ask the staff come here and look, he keeps saying the stain on my car cannot be wiped off, but I shown him it can, so they just use the clothes and wipe my car, but I think my car still dirty so I requested to wash again. They agreed. Best part is I call to the boss and complain, it was a man who picked up the phone, he asked me to pass the phone to the worker there, then he hang up the call straight away after he finish talking to his staff, I was like what?! No need explain to customer?

β β β β β despite of the people is hardselling, service returned was so awful. My car interior was just half heartedly cleaned and you can still see dust around the dashboard and stains left on the leather seat which could be easily wiped with slightly wet cloth (even after specifically pointed on it).

β β β β β Worst service...the workers always hardsell for car polish,and look down to customer when only need a car wash and vacumm...and after done car wash when i collect the car,it's not clean at all,as you can see the carpet is still dirty.and the workers thy are not friendly at all...some more the charges rm15 expensive for this kind service!!?
