★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. There is no greeting or high energy working place when you enter. It felt like you self service. Their just ask you to sit and leave you there.
The male staff with glasses need to bulk up his customer service and grooming attire. Messy and look dirty.

Asked for a menu from different waiter. He then told me off "miss, next time wait to be seated". I explained that his colleague seated me just now... The waiter just shook his head and ignored me without apologising
Menu was very basic and did not have any Dons or Bentos, decided to dine elsewhere because of the initial bad service

Environment okay.
Customer service terrible. When I stepped in the restaurant, nobody assist me to seat. At the end I choose the place by myself. When make payment, the waiter (with glasses) just put the invoice at the cashier counter without telling me how much for the meal. Done payment also without saying thank you, just keep silent from starting to ending. Messy look, dirty attire and terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and environment is okay but the customer service is very bad. There is no waiter to assist us to have our service and the cashier with glasses for me is very impolite. The 'cash & card only' signboard very small and i didnt notice it. So at that time, i ask him whether i can use grabpay or not. But he without looking at us, not saying any words, just directly take out the signboard. And after i had done my payment, he didnt say thank you to us. Appreciation to customers is very important, hope that they will improve it
