★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly opened which replaced the previous Vietnamese restaurant. Nice ambience & good service. Able to maintain the good standard of Sushi Tei. A very good addition of Japanese restaurant in Leisure Mall, as alternative to G* Sushi & Sushi K* for those who appreciate better quality Japanese food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Served fresh seafood. The first time experience in January was not so pleasant as the food is OK but the price was expensive. Revisit the branch yesterday and I found out the menu has changed, the service become better and the food is delicious. The new menu is great for vegetarian and pescetarian, as there are so much dishes for them.

You might as well just close your door at 830pm instead!
I went here at 835pm, so you’re telling me I have to wait half hour due to high traffic. And YES I understand and I willing to wait as it is weekend dinner time. But your staff saying 9pm is the last call and the moment when I sit in your restaurant I might not have time to order. And even I have time to order I have to wait again half hour (reasonable but not reasonable).
Your frontline attitude is bad, explaining so much for what. Just place a board in front your shop saying CLOSED. Don’t set your closing time at 10pm. Your staff wanted to off on time so they are helping you to “halau” your customer :) GOOD JOB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very weak SOP. We were sitting next to the counter. Foods were ready but pending serving.
Few guys were assigned to other tasks. Left two poor young girls ( part timers ) ran here and there to serve foods.
The lady branch manager didn’t come and help up. The other guy by the name of Marves was the worst. He just simply walked here and there without doing anything , like a big boss.
We ordered 4 dishes and was served 2, and made to wait for 30 min before the other 2 were served.
Wasted such a good brand.
We’re not coming anymore.
