β β β β β Staff R friendly.. They know their trade esp abt colouring grey hairs. They hv 3 lots so their girls hv to run to other lots on d same floor leaving me in a pool of water waiting for my hair to b washed aft colour & treatment. My concern is that thr is no real cover for hijabis. Just flimsy curtains at their entrance. Every breeze sways d curtains & d outside may hv a peep. U can hear men loudly chatting.

I went to the brand new opening of this salon in Sungei Wang Plaza, KL, and my experience was better than the salons in the US.
I asked for a cut, full color, hair treatment, wash & style to my medium length hair and I walked away smiling and hugging Sofia, my stylist!
I was drawn in from a promotion they were having for their grand opening, and I'm so glad I did. They gave me a cheap price that I could not refuse.
Sofia gave me extra attention to my hair and picked out a great shade of brown to lighten my hair. She did an incredible job covering my roots and layering my hair. She even gave me cute bangs!! Her professionalism made it easy to communicate to try a new hairstyle. She gave great service and care! Sofia has also a great sense of humor, since I told her to make me look like a k-pop star.
10/10 would go again almost makes me want to fly to KL to get this kind of service all the time!

β β β β β The staff didnβt bleach my hair properly. Uneven bleached and itβs quite ugly on the top of my head. I thought after putting colour on my hair it turns out good but it look even worst. I went there because she said she can give me 150 including treatment so i agree. Unfortunately when making payment she said 150 without the treatment. My hair is damaged.
