★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pool for pet but terrible service from the staff.
I was a loyal customer and I have already been there for more than 5 times. Knowing that it's very full during weekends, I purposely book one week earlier. That person didn't reply me, I have to follow up for many times, and yet he/she told me that it's already full on Sunday. No one apologize, they only apologise for 'forgot to click send' for late reply .What is the point of asking people to book on WhatsApp when they will never reply and prioritize others but you. Terrible service I will never ever come again. If you still want to go, probably book one month ahead, and try to follow up with them for thousand times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good sized pool with adequate play stuff for your doggies. Love the flooring as it’s not slippery. Bath area for your fur kid is well done with good shower facilities and powerful fur blowers. Love the included sea salt shampoo too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a great day celebrate our dog's 1st Birthday with our friends and their dogs. This was our 1st visit, the human food is very tasty, we had nasi lemak curry pork ribs. The owner Peggy teaches our dog to swim for their 1st time, she balanced their body while putting them into the pool. We also custom made the birthday cake. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible penatly charge from staff there .The rules and penalty not even told us clearly before let doggies getting in the swimming pool. Price is so horrible expensive .Simply charged me extra RM250 for cleaning fees without informing earlier!!! And let the next batch of customers and there doggies go in the pool without cleaning up ! Not highly recommended!!! Please don't come !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from staff (Peggy) , terrible procedure and SOP! Not even write or say clearly the rules for the swimming pool for the doggies.
Simply add the additional charges as she like! Price is so horrible expensive and super expensive and the price is making you shock after billed! I didn’t know it was a extra charger she charged me another RM62.50 for extra 10mins without informing earlier! Especially the penalty not even told us before we booked . Not highly recommended. The pool is very dirty and making skin super itchy and irritated your pet’s skin!
Please don’t come and she is not a honest person at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few swim places for pets. Well managed with good facilities. They provide shower, shampoo, towel and dryer for pets. And there is water and snacks for them after the session. Recommended place for some fun activities with your fur kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely recommend for pawrents to try out at least once. Brought my puppy for his first swimming session. Their in house vet said he has joint and breathing issues. We had always suspected it and when the instructor said it further confirmed our suspicions. My puppy had fairly good session. Would def bring him back for more sessions
