★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boss (bigger dude) is more friendly, however they have a lil ego when coming to selling their puppies. The boss does give some good advices if you happen to buy a puppy from them. Most puppies are slightly potty trained (hit or miss sometimes)
On the other hand, the lady boss (Vietnamese) is slightly rude and not friendly when come to doing sales. However she does share her grooming tips if you ask her.
Most of the basic need dog/cat foods/treats/care products are available, even have different choices of cages (mostly fit small to medium breed) available for sale.
The shop only sell small-sized breeds dog and usually having the puppies displayed outside on the front porch for viewing. However price of the puppies are on the high side (considering without microchip and MKA cert) eg. Pomeranian (2.5k - 8.5k), Poodle (1k - 2k) & etc.
Did bought a Pomeranian, due to my gf like it. Overall nice experience and hope the shop improve on the TLC for the puppies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star = Negative 1000 star. The worst kind of shop in the planet. Not keen to do business. If you ask questions about their puppies before purchasing as the lady boss while shout at you to leave. Seems like a con shop. Very rude doesn't even come close to describing this shop's service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this shop. Bought a cage but realised it was dented so I ask for a new one on the spot. Big guy went to the back to check and told me it was the last one. I then decided to get a refund instead since it was defective and he refused to budge on the price. Gave me an attitude when he returned my money. It was my first time to the shop but I'll most likely never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady owner is very rude. Ask her if the price for her puppies are negotiable or not. She rudely reply you can go some where else. She saud she need to feed the puppies so the price already cheap. Further I noticed she mistreat the puppies there. SPCA should check on animal cruelty. I wouldnt give her my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop owner thinks that his shop is the only one in the whole wide world. I sent my dog for grooming and the lady boss treated me as if I owed him money and I felt like I so smaller when interacting with her. They may close down sooner or later. Pity all the animals inside, being tortured horrendously. I never felt welcomed when entering the shop and I had not step foot in there after my 3rd visit. I wasn’t allowed to look at the puppies or dogs because they are at the other narrow hallway which was boarded up. The worker told me if I wanted to view the pets, I would have to buy them. Like, hello? I don’t need their negativity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has a variety of land pets such as cats, dogs, birds, hamsters etc. Sells a variety of pet toys and hamster cages. Down side is that it is very dirty and pets are kept in bad conditions.
