the terrace/mandi mandi was our definite place to go for our special occasions
since covid, 2022 was the first time we went and gosh the experience and food quality went down so much
we were usually welcome by the warm and friendly staff upon arriving but sadly when we were there, nobody paid attention to us even there were only 3 table occupied
we then ordered the grilled lamb cutlets, fried squid and the signature chicken tomyam with 2 rice and within 10 minutes all was presented to us. and we thought to ourselves, wow this is nice cos we didnt have to wait long for our food
to our dismay, the food tasted terrible. lamb was overcooked. hard and cold. to a point where we had to stop eating cos we cant cut the meat
the waitress on duty replaced the lamb but turned out to be the same quality
the rest of the food was below average
service was so so. unlike before where they treat u like a king and you cant wait for your next visit
the staff told us that the previous head chef is no longer with them, maybe thats the reason why the food no longer tasted good
its such a sentimental place for us, and we hope it would regain its former glory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambient, didn't notice much mosquito, maybe because the night we came was raining. Food wise, not the best Thai food I have tried but decent enough. Bill around rm270 for two persons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place for a nice and romantic meal, this place is cool, and so close to nature, it is like dining in a forest resort.
Food wise, pretty okay but not outstanding, worth trying. Found that some of the foods are very spicy for my standard, suggest to ask before ordering.
Overall, worth a try for ambien.

I've heard of this place and tried to book it several time but always ends up full house, however this time I got a slot and took my wife for a nice cozy dinner date. From the entrance to the establishment louds the Balinese architecture. (Word of precaution, it was rainy day hence the steps to go down the place was very slippery depending on the footwear you use).
Once we reached the restaurant, we were greeted by the waiter bringing us to our table. The surround sound of the forest with all the ambience made the whole experience as though you are in the middle of a rainforest.
We took the Dulang set for couple which comprise of all the mixture of food from the soup, appetizer, to the main course and desserts. The menu is derived by traditional Indonesian delicacies and Balinese concept. You don't get the typical steak and chicken chop here. The menu that we ordered looks like small dishes of everything but don't let it fool you as it really makes your belly full (make sure you come with empty stomach). The food was delicious and scrumptious. As for me this was the first time to experience an Indonesian/Balinese concept dishes and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The whole atmosphere of the establishment was cozy and dimmed making our dinner date memorable. Although the pricing is a bit expensive, it worth it for the experience.
Overall the place is awesome. My only Comment would be for the waiters and hostesses....they should smile more and friendlier, I mean I have no complains, they did their job good. But a little bit of smile will go a long way.
You guys should try it sometimes.

Paid RM50 to RM60 to the platter and tomyam each, from the appearance…. Is it really fine dining?
The taste is average, my neighbourhood has one serves much better tomyam than this. Definitely i will only visit once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can overrated this place I will definitely do it ?the place is a real nature heaven so peaceful, calm ,in addition of beauty of the place and environment, the food is a big WOW I tried most of the dishes and every single plate was delicious and soooo good, the price is so affordable
This heaven hided is the right place to escape from. The noise of the city and have some good quality time ,it can be also a romantic place for a proposal or celebrate other occasions ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a marvelous place for a romantic dinner, the ambiance is magnificent and the jungle around you make the perfect night.
The cocktails are amazing, but the didn't had everything that's on the menu :(
In terms of food, it's good but not outstanding.
As a foreigner, you have to make sure to point in the menu exactly what you want the waiter to bring you, or you can end up with a totally different drink/food of what you ordered, other than that the staff is very nice ?
I recommend you put mosquito repellent before going.
