β β β β β Never mention the words βservice centerβ if a lady at TBM kuchai lama attends to your call, without hesitation she will put you thru to the service center line and the line will ring into oblivion. Her finger is literally planted to the transfer button waiting for the key words to pop in your conversation.

β β β β β Ordered a small fan through phone and made payment online then rush over to collect the fan. Was too busy to check and only to realize it is a big fan instead after installation. When called to question only then the sales person told me the black color doesnt have the size I wanted...what! Why you didnt tell me this and just changed the size without letting me know. No apology and only told me the invoice is also a big fan and cannot do anything after installation. Pushing the responsibility to check 100% to customer. I bought 30 over electric fitting from another shop and they made no mistake, and my experience here just single item also can make mistake... disappointed

β β β β β Walked into to the service centre office before CNY to request for service of Hitachi Big French as door was not closing properly. Staff managed to trace our purchase record and said she will inform Hitachi to contact me but it'll be after CNY. I was fine with it, but it's 3 weeks after CNY and there's no follow up and no follow through! And it's almost impossible to call the office because there's no pickup! I do hope the management will keep track of the performance of their service centre as well as they do their sales centre!

β β β β β Thought I could support some local electrical stores, end up customer service is terrible. Asked for monthly payment and non available except thru registration some kind of app. Delivery not included and item only display left. Suddenly say got stock but in warehouse and non avail for self pick up. They say everything ? regretted my Rm5k tv purchased here years ago and other electrical goods. Thanks n good bye.

β β β β β Bad service. Not even a person wants to service when I am in. Everyone was standing together and chatting. During payment the service even worse. The person wanted me to pay first then only checked the item, I felt weird but I still did so. At the end I saw the item was not the one I want, they charged the wrong amount and gave me the wrong item! Not even an apologise after he realised he was wrong, he just void the transaction and showed me the receipt as a proof. Then, when he opened the item and checked the item function or not, he did not shut down the electrical device I brought properly. I asked him why donβt you switch off first before you unplug and he just answered me: tak be. Is this the correct attitude to service the customer? The sales man named Almaβs Adam.

β β β β β Friendly sales assistant, they explained everything to me, comparison between products, follow ups with enquires I have online, able to change the models after paying a deposit, not all products are on display, not much parking near by the shop.

β β β β β I went here bringing my precious 6 years pressure cooker to get it fixed. The staff at the main counter was very very helpful and within 2 weeks i got back my cooker fixed! I really liked their service here. You can send any of your electronic items and they fixed it with an affordable price.
