Don't know how to enter points in member tealive card, say can enter AFTER purchase (I asked her twice, she firmly replied, ya boleh kak), ask to see her again after the order is ready because she wants to ask her colleague how to enter point. (NO ISSUE HERE)
Order ready, go see the cashier again, ask about the point. Male staff confirmed, points have to be entered on the spot during the purchase.
So I asked the girl again, at 1st she ignored me.
ME: So, macam mana ni dik tadi cakap boleh?
TL: Eh...saya tak cakap tau, saya cuma cakap nanti saya tanya kawan macam mana nak masukkan point.
ME: Awak cakap tadi boleh, jumpa awak semula lepas order dah siap? Sebab tu akak tanya awak balik.
TL: Akak nak order lagi 1 ke?
ME: Tadi saya dah order 4, kenapa nak order lagi 1???
I'm ok if you just say SORRY instead of denying what you said before (with cunning @ sly face).
In less than 1/2 hour you can forget what you said, you are still young, go eat ginkgo, good for your memory.
P/s: There is no big issue about the point, i can buy again later & collect point. I just unsatisfied with that girl attitude.
