★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ophthalmology (KLINIK PAKAR MATA) from this hospital had a very very bad services especially when you call this department to get an appointment or to ask anything. I was calling to get a new appointment date for my mum and the nurse who answered my phone call was very rude while i was talking very nicely to her. she asked questions and cut me off while i was talking (with some kind of annoying voice of her like she don't want to talk to me regarding the appointment). after few minutes on Q&A then she asked me to call again so i asked for her name because i really want to know who is this RUDE lady dare to talk like this but she didn't told me her name. I was calling on 20/04/2021 around 3.50 PM so whosever on duty that time was really sick and RUDE! - she's a MALAY lady. I really can't bare her rudeness. This is not a good attitude as a nurse. really bad and rude. I hope the management can look into this matter as i believe i was not the only person who had the same experiences like this. if you cannot deal with your patient/client, don't work there as a nurse or don't you ever dare to answer the call. Kindness is free but you choose to be rude. you wont go anywhere with this kind of attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOPD...staff very lack of empathy. They should allow 1 person to accompany senior citizen age 70+. Date of Appoinment given by the hospital but when patient arrived, still need to have a long que for registration and further wait long hours to meet doctor. Hospital already operated in decades still Very bad management and yet still no improvement. It become worst during this covid-19 pandemic

no star or ratings for this kind of service. no more care center its a killing center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is clean but it has issues with the toilets.
Please repair locks in the toilets. It has been for sometimes and still there is no action taken to repair the locks. .
People go to hosptal because they are unwell and have health issues.
Some people going to the toilet itself is a struggle what more with broken locks hòw to ease yourself with opened toilet door that can't be locked or closed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father is under medical department follow up, and my mum went on behalf of him to review his blood investigations taken. The review was today in Klinik Perubatan. The medical officer(based on my mother’s description) who reviewed, was rude towards my mother, with inappropriate choice of words. There was no empathy and definitely no kindness. When my mother asked for a verification letter pertaining my father’s medial illness, the doctor could ask back my mother, “anak you boleh baca,ke?”
Hospital is a place for you treat your patients sincerely and definitely not a bad to show your bad manners. I hope there will be a channel for the public to voice out about any mistreatment and managements.
