★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Mall is really not that big in size. It is actually small in size. There are not many shops or outlets inside the Mall. The food court inside has closed down. There is only a few restaurants inside. The is nothing much to see or buy inside this Mall. It is not an interesting place to visit but rather dull and boring. The good thing about this Mall is the toilet is quite clean and in good condition. Most of the shops inside this Mall sell mobile phones. There is a bus station behind the Mall if you want to take the bus somewhere and taxis are available also behind, in front and at the side of the Mall. There is a cinema in the Mall at the top floor. That's just about it inside the Mall. The air conditioning in the Mall is comfortable and good enough. There are also lifts and escalators inside the Mall to get to the upper floors. This Mall has 3 floors. This is not the biggest and the best Mall in Seremban. I will not recommend anybody to visit this Mall. People go there mostly to buy mobile phones only and nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly managed. Gloomy and dark. Prices are inflated. Not much choices. There is no place/location provided by the mall for ehailing/taxi to pick up and drop off passengers. Pathetic planning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once very popular building in Seremban, busy as it's also a bus station. Shoppers can get everything there, ONCE.
Everything changes when EON/Jusco complex open at other location.
I was there to pickup my phone.
Most stores are closed.
Not crowded, not many shopper's.
