H	Hwa Aik Ling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so badly design to start with limited ticketing counters, Departure Hall is so small and so near to Ticketing counter... So crowded at one corner and the rest of the building area is empty. Bad traffic flow design. ❌❌❌

E	Edwin Petrus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite new bus terminal in Ipoh. There are individual bus company's counter and integrated ticket sales. The display of bus departing time is for integrated ticketing system only. For individual bus company's counter, you need to approach the counter staff personally and keep checking with them for bus departure timing. They have to improve on this issue as it is not so convenient for tourists. This terminal is located quite far away from the city center but at a new developing town. Mydin Mall just opposite the terminal. You can book e-hailing transportation here. Otherwise, taxis are available but bargaining is a must. There are some F&B outlets here. The terminal has a lot of empty spaces for future development.

Although a bit far from Ipoh city, the location has become quite strategic now due to the emergence of shopping outlets nearby. It gives opportunity for travellers to shop and have meals in between their journeys. Perhaps seating infrastructure and toilet facilities can be further improved.
J	Jenn Anne Chu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggestions to provide better experience and services to the comers or travellers or passengers Bad experience to have Billion Stars Express depart from Terminal Amanjaya to Johor which delayed almost half a day (4-6 hours) cause all the passengers to spend our night sleeping in the terminal, delayed our schedule, plus uncontactable, I think which is ridiculous and unbelievable that they could still have ticket openings in many stations and counters ????????? Hmm sounds quite 'maju', improve by sight but not by system, win no respect at all for the whole system and schedule
