Thai Best by Reborn.

Date of visit 4 August. I was a assigned to a local malay masseur for my 1.5 hours foot reflexology. The therapist was merely rubbing my feet for freaking 1.5hours!! I paid for massage but he seem to lack of skill, kept on looking at phone and didnt really know what to do. Wasted my time and money. I would not recommend this place.

Decent looking reception area. However when you enter the massage room, you'll realise the cleanliness is below par. Towels used were old, torn, and damp. The masseuse led us to our rooms only to realise they have not cleaned it up from the customer prior to us. Was told to wait a little while they clean, and I suspect towels might have not been changed. Opted for aromatherapy but massage oil doesn't even smell like aroma oil. Masseuse were clearly inexperienced and lacking. By the end of the day I realised bruises everywhere especially around my legs from the massage. For the price we pay compared to other parlours I've been too, this is the most expensive and least of value. Will never step into this parlour again, and I hope none will.

Not professional at all. Total waste money and time. They don't train their cashier and masseurs. Masseurs talking to each other during massage, play phone during massage and try to cheat us on the time (try to finish 15 minutes earlier and convince me to take another 30 minutes) as well. The worst part is my body was having bruises the next day. Told the masseur she was pressing too hard but she just laughed away. And the massage skill was a joke. Feedback to the counter lady and she said " I don't know what to say, I'm just working here" Felt cheated and never had such a bad experience in my life before.

Definitely will not come here again and won’t recommend anyone to massage at this lousy place. Worst than a any cheaper massage shop at Thailand. Cashier never been well train, and the design of the shop super bad. The foot massage area at ground floor was a public area. Everyone will pass through to go to the washroom and it just located beside the leg wash area and cashier. It’s very noisy and couldn’t relax at all. The cashier aunty was talk loud and nonstop and they even won’t stop customer go talking loud. At least give some respect to any customer who paying for the service please. Even make a complain but the cashier never give response on that and continue talking. The place doesn’t seem clean at all too. My bf was having itchy body pop on neck and hand after having the massage. This is the first bad experience in my life! Not recommend!!

A proper massage place. Very relaxing environment. Good for foot massage, Thai massage and aromatherapy (oil) massage. Reception is friendly and informative. The only times I have encountered issues is when other customers insist on talking on their phones, couples or friends talking loudly between rooms or most commonly, customers who don't understand the different types of massage offered, pay for the wrong one but insist on another kind.

Made reservation for massage session. Yet, when we arrived on time, our slots had being given to others. The shopkeeper claimed that she called in morning, afternoon and evening, yet based on the caller log, there is only 1, ONE missed call at late evening. We are very disappointed and furious on the not professionalism of this. We were a frequent customers, But I guess we will never visit anymore. Suck the max!

I SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED THE OTHER REVIEWS AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAI BEST EITHER. UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT, POOR FACILITIES, SOME MASSUERS ARE NOT READY SKILLED. I thought Reborn is an estblished brand. I had an aching shoulder and 30mins only to spare. After going to the neighbouring massage places which were full, I came here. It was more expensive than the other place but i thought i was willing to pay it in anticipation of a decent service. The front desk was not exactly plesant to start with asking me to pay up front which i declined, the massuer assigned to me 1st was blur and inexperienced - she couldnt decide if i needed to remove my shoes, or where should I sit given it was a shoulder massage and they had recliner chairs. I couldnt help asking her if it was her first time. 3mins in, she asked me if i was feeling ok with her work, i told her im not sure yet but i was getting a headache from my shoulder aches. She then abrubtly asked if Id like to SWITCH massuer pointing to another massuer who was lying down in another customer seat having a foot massage by another colleague.. I was like huh?!! But didnt decline coz she has not been confident about what she was doing so better to switch I guess... She went to the reception which was just one curtain away and then told the receptionist that I wanted to change to another massuer.. The receptionist spoke audibly asking the massuer to tell me that there was no one available (a lie) .. Then after they discussed further they shouted across the room to ask the other massuer to work on me. The other massuer got up from her foot massage and i could hear the conversations clearly one curtain away - where the receptionist said she didnt know why I wanted to change and informed her to give me a 30mins shoulder massage. Dispite the unprofessional approach - i. e. the receptionist till the end never investagted about the massuer switch or asked for feedback or manage the communications herself or ensured I had a qualified massuer to start...In the end I did get a decent shoulder massage from the second lady. When i got out to the counter i checked the time and showed the receptionist, that for 30mins massage, i got 5mins short. In fact I was definitely shortchanged more considering the time taken for the massuer change. She debated a little with me and then loudly relate my complain to the second massuer like it was a pasar malam hawker stall kinda conversation. Then asked me to sit back to finish up the 5mins.. I told them its ok, made my payment of RM50 and got out. To add, the facilities were old and poorly maintained, the recliner chair leather had cracks to the extent it had duct tape pastered around parts of the arm rest etc. A relaxing parlour that does not feel well upheld and contributes to some stress is not a place Id like to come back to.

IT IS THE LOUSIEST MASSAGE PLACE. People here know NOTHING about massage. They deserve the lowest review in the street! If I were to search online before going, will NEVER choose this shop.
