1) order mixed thai basil with century egg, when no century egg the waitress without inform us and direct help us replace fried egg. So curious did the waitress know what is century egg?? 2) Tomyam fried rice look like nasi goreng kampung. 3) the restaurant call Thai express but order coconut juice it’s take 30 minutes to serve. I think can change the shop name Thai slow. I go opposite Starbucks order drink just take 10 minutes Summary: The restaurant was terrible , please don’t try. If you free and rich u can try it.

Been there for dinner. The food was good - well not as good as it tastes in Thailand but then again it is not in Thailand also. The service was okay - responsive and with a smile. We ordered three items and all met our expectation - nothing more, nothing less. The price was moderately okay. Seating arrangement is just like other restaurants out there. As I am not a big fan of Malay foods and prefer Thai foods over Malay, I would visit this place again during my next stay in the Royal Chulan hotel.

Good food, we enjoyed our dishes even though we are not Thai food experts. The massaman chicken curry was so tasty with a bit of sweet. We tried the traditional mango sticky rice and it was really good!

Very bad experience. Overpriced.Food was not of Thai taste at all. Very Malay style. Ingredients doesn't represent Thai taste. We ordered tomyam fried rice and pineapple sea food fried rice and phat thai. Regretted really, no value for money. Very expensive. Service below expectations,. Ran out of desserts and appetizers but the way they related the message was so unprofessional. For the price that you pay, at least expect courtesy, proffessionalism and efficient service, but none of this I experienced.

Some menus cook too oily. Coconut milk drink is made by instant coconut milk, need to revise.

Quite disappointing. Wouldn't recommend. Inside is rather warm. Service was okay. Prices rarher high especially for what you get. We had the phad thai, mango salad & green curry. Visually they all looked pathetic. Taste wise average at best. Not really Thai in my opinion. The Thai iced coffee was rather diluted while the lemongrass drink was decent. For dessert we had the mango sticky rice which was the only saving grace. Nice creamy coconut milk with juicy mangoes. Overall will never return. Much better options around.
