★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drawing room is basically a lounge area of the St. Regis hotel. It is glamorous and classy but doesn’t feel much like a room per se. Not as exclusive because public can pass by and walk around. Didn’t have a good angle for photo.
Desserts: Good but not impressive. The look of it was pretty. Taste is OK. Pretty standard desserts taste. Lack of wow factor.
Savoury canapé: It is free flow so that is a plus point. However, it is very salty. So by the time you taken the second round, you will have enough.
No coffee options, only TWG tea.
148++ per person for tea set
238++ per person for tea set with alcohol
78++ per person for free flow canapé
20++ per extra cup for tea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originating from the English, afternoon tea often consists of some sandwiches, cakes and tea. At The Drawing Room, one can enjoy a hearty spread of dainty sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and an array of sweet treats. Absolutely delicious. Service was what you would have expected of a Luxury Hotel.
We went for this quite some time ago therefore we’re pretty sure the spread might be seasonal but nonetheless a very nice place to bring a date to spend a Saturday or Sunday afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drawing room, is located at lobby floor, open for high tea 2 session each day if i am not wrong the 1st session is 2.30pm n 2nd session is 4.30pm. Given a tray for sweet n savoury and a choice a tea or coffee, i am a coffee lover, so it is a must for me.
If your are alone for high tea, choose a set near to the window, there is a fish pond outside, that u can observe or you can also see people walking at the walkaway outiside.
The price is about rm150 nett is i am not wrong, nice place to hang out alone or with friends.
U can also order ala carte from the menu that you have to scan, i am old schooled scanning the menu thru phone always a hassle for me, i would prefer to hold and observe the physical menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an expensive affair to have tea at St Regis. I was reading the reviews before my afternoon tea grounded my expectation somewhat. The service was decent, and the ambience was acceptable to me. I think a view would have made the experience even better. Food-wise was just so so. The savoury selections were the highlight for me, and so was the scones. I could go without the desserts, though. It was mediocre at its best. With that price tag, I would expect something extraordinary that excites the palate and the senses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best known for its high teas, the Drawing Room remains the best address in Kuala Lumpur for casual and social meetings.
With an ambiance that includes plush cushioned chairs and a very attentive staff, the St. Regis pampers its guests with a time-honoured tradition – how Mrs. Astor would have enjoyed back in the 19th century, at The Drawing Room of The St. Regis New York.
Dining under under a glistening custom-made 5-tier crystal chandelier alongside the specially commissioned horse sculpture by notable Columbian artist, Fernando Botero, this is the largest sculpture made by the artist, transforming an ordinary afternoon tea to one full of magic and grandeur at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur.
Highly recommended ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered a Hazelnut & Orange Cheesecake online and the cake was a huge disappointment.
The cake was supposed to be the highlight of my mom’s birthday celebration. Imagine our horror when we saw the actual cake. First of all, the cake didn’t quite look like its picture that we saw online. The craftsmanship lacked the finesse of a 5-star hotel and doesn’t seem justified for the price that we have paid. There was no ‘wow’ factor and the silence was deafening when we unveiled the cake.
Secondly, the cake did not come with knife nor candles which are typically provided together. The taste also didn’t not save the situation as we had half of the cake left. Nobody asked for second helping and this was a rare occurrence in our family of cake lovers.
In short, I’m very upset and even embarrassed over the quality of your cake. We are also having second thoughts about trying your high-tea or other food box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing afternoon! Me and my friend came with our two kids, the service was very attentive and the food met our expectations. We ordered two sets (2 adults and 2 kids) and both us and the kids loved it. The sweets were awesome, above all the small chocolate éclairs. The scones were fresh and tasty. I will definitely come again to try the new Xmas set.
