Lobby - Staff was not attentive of their surroundings especially their guests. I had to approach a trainee staff that was mending the door to ask for check in. Being a renowned hotel name St Regis, these things should be happening. Mostly I can see the difference between the trainee staff and the senior staff ie: etiquette. We came at 3pm but was told our room was not ready due to late check out from guest. Only got in our room by 5pm. Room - had an incident where my son slipped and bump his head on the floor. This is because the given floor mat was not sufficient. (1 plain mat and 1 fluffy one) so i had to make do by putting 2 small towels on the floor. This issue shouldn’t be taken lightly because it could happened to anyone especially children and elderly. Another thing is the bedside table was so dusty that i had to wipe it myself with the wet wipes. I was wondering was the room given to me was already long ready and not any guest staying? And there was stains on the carpet. Food - in room dining was simply mediocre. For the price I’m paying i had expected for a superb presentation. I had ordered the truffle pasta which cost rm138 but its was cold and clumpy and also order the cheese platter for rm58 it was just sad to see the presentation of it and the look of the platter. Simply disappointing! Reckon it’s more on the money than fulfilling the guests expectations. Also the menu given on the tv was not updated when i called β€œ0” to place my order. The butler service told me it was the old menu. I mean come on guys, you are St Regis! How can you overlooked on this matter. So i had to scan the QR code for the updated menu. Luckily the breakfast buffet somewhat covers the mediocre in room dining we had the night before. I’ve been to various type of hotel around the world but overall to me my experience staying here at St Regis KL was disappointing for the price we pay. It’s below my expectations. That’s why they say sometimes 5 star hotel service is like 3 star. And 3 star hotel service is like 5 star.

We had a short staycation for one night and it was a pleasant stay. The room was very spacious, clean and nice. The service from all the staff was great especially the buttler service provided by the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good except the floor staff were not responsive / can be better. All in all, a superb stay and I would highly recommend a stay here just to get away even for a short while.

Bad experience at The Brasserie which is one of the restaurants at St Regis KL. Wasn't served the side menu when I went there for the buffet breakfast while other guests were served the side menu. Utterly disappointing. Would not recommend. Felt like I was discriminated. The bathtub was lined with grime and algae. There were insects in the room.

Room is nice, as well as the temperature and cleanliness. Had some issues with the TV and was rectified immediately. After checking out I realised I have left my earphones in the room. Notified the reception and received a phone call back very quickly regarding my earphones which were found. Superb service and professionalism.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I make time to visit a 5 star hotel every month with my wife and I would say everything about this hotel is spot on! We booked a room at St Regis suite. Reception and door man were courteous and very warm welcoming. Hotel is quiet unlike other 5 stars hotels I’ve visited which were packed even during the pandemic. Checking in was a breeze and no late checkins. Room was clean, cold and well maintained. Bathroom is huge with rather large bathtub. Bed was comfortable with throw of pillows. Had drinks at my favourite Astor Bar and everything was just top! Only complain was in-room dining steak was a lil too cooked despite medium well. Plain and overpriced. Overall we had a very memorable day and will definitely be my choice of hotel for my next hotel hopping again

I have been to many hotels, especially with work. This hotel is without doubt the top 3 I have ever been to. Such a great hotel and people. Only notice is the location, a bit far from the city centre (tourist centre) but does not interfere with the whole experience, top! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The good: Furnishings and fixtures were modern, clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms and suite were generally well appointed and spacious. The views from the suite were great. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was magical. The not so good: Although courteous, the butler service was frustrating and unbefitting of the St Regis brand. A number of things were forgotten or unavailable. In-room dining was delivered late. After the meal, the butler cleared the dishes but neglected to wipe the tables down. We were also mistakenly charged for a phone call we didn't make. A kettle in one of the rooms was also broken. The savoury items of the afternoon tea didn't taste fresh. Overall: We had a good time, but the hotel really needs to get better at dealing with high occupancy so that guest experience isn't compromised.

Had a weekend getaway. The check-in was fast, the room was spacious. They need to improve the services 1. Butler services take longer than usual, not the same as when I stayed there last time before covid. Usually, the butler assigned to my room took his time to greet me and introduce himself~ telling me about the services they provide and asked me if got anything else that I need to make my stay better 2. Breakfast counter has a glass frame with only 2 sous-chefs manning the counter. I had to wait 10 min at the counter just to be served, which I gave up and ask the server to take my order instead (the server looks hesitated by telling me to ask at the counter, and I had to justify why I need him to take my order) These 2 issues, my suspect is because they have a shortage of staff. Which can be solved 1. Provide discounts - by justifying that they are not providing butler services at the moment due to short of staff 2. Remove the glass frame - this allows us to take our food ourselves instead of waiting for 10 min just to ask for fruits
