★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They made a delivery date promised which was 6-days apart.
2. They didn't even deliver the item to the door step, worse still they just dropped the delivery items only at the guard house
3. Delivery date and details wasn't updated realtime, good instance is the email received today to ask for evaluations to the delivery quality made.
4. They don't have the sense of service quality, let alone reliability of the delivery status and turn around time.

They also managed my expectations by notifying me in advance of potential delays in delivery due to traffic/other deliveries. Polite customer service too. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver and helper attitude is very bad. At the beginning, I ask him to help me move some stuff because I need to clean up the room before check out. He just help me move 2 things and rest at lift there, then since still got stuff I ask him help move to lift there. He thought I don't want to give him any help and just know order him only. But the truth is I also don't have empty hand to help him, since still got stuff need to take care of . I even ask my friend come down for helping. He don't let me put my stuff into the car and fetch me. I even need to carry my stuff to the destination. then after we reach, he charge me two man power. Cos he say he did everything alone. He doesn't want to listen my explanation. I tell him I need to ask the company first before that. However, he is going to steal my stuff if I didn't pay him. I really would like to beat person if possible. I already tell him beginning the stuff expensive need to be careful. And here is the result. I hope the customer service contact me early. I need u guys give me an explanation, how to make up for my lost. Otherwise I strongly not recommended you guys using this company. I will make a police call, if you guys don't contact with me within 1 week. TBH I would like to give -5 or infinite. This is the first time I givr 1 start on the review. Really really disappointed.

I’m so happy that the fridge was safely arrived without any external damage. Kudoss to The Lorry driver Khairul Shafiq. May Allah bless you & your Family ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the delivery guys were very nice, polite and helpful to say the least. They didn’t complain even though the cabinet was very heavy and send it right into my porch.
If the company can update their policy so that the driver can call before arriving, it will definitely help to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the entire process.
