★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite bubble tea chain. Friendly staff. Handful of seats. The boba or pearls have a nice chew. Not too sweet. Tea has a good strong flavor. Refreshing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service by staff, I went there to claim my voucher for drinks and the staff doesn’t allow me to claim my voucher and dare to ask me to come again next time when my voucher due in 3 days, who the hell got so much time like you? 24/7 free u think? If i was gonna buy, i’ll never even go to One Utama Tiger sugar anymore, bad service and attitude. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't really tell them apart between all these brands of drinks. But what I dislike was the attitude of the staff. I was already in line to order but after serving the customer in front of me, the staff got the cheek to do paper work instead of taking my orders. I had to tell her that I was ordering that she came back to take my orders. Very bad first impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 10 drinks for take away, 4/10 drinks were without cream despite having ordered accordingly and the sticker is even stating it. Having asked the staff after seeing the drink whether those drinks are supposed to be like that they said yes but later when opening them at home I noticed that obviously they are not. Utterly disappointed.

Brown sugar boba milk with cream mousse is their signature drink. It is very sweet and strong brown sugar. The boba is chewy and contain brown sugar as well.
