★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience: you'll have to wait for lift for 10minutes each time and another 5minutes to reach you floor. (4 of 8 lifts are dead, and max 4persons)
I have attached a drilling noise in a video, which disturbs each day for about 1month from the other unit. Is this condo rebuilt again???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place where which is located in has lot of facilities. In front of the condo there is a hospital called KPJ sentosa Hospital. LRT station, Monorail station and GOKL bus stands are in walking distance. Within 10 to 15 minutes time could be reached to KLCC. Titiwansa sentral condominium has nice swimming pool with baby pool, garden, basket ball play area and children play area. In addition to that this has well equipped gymnasium also.
