โ โ โ โ โ Staffs are lack of knowledge about export shipping matters, not being able to distinguish properly the difference of FOB and CIF terms, and also their lack of awareness of the need to change the export status from "Normal Export" to "D3", we are not able to claim the SST drawback from custom office, causing us as a client to make a loss of RM16,000. Not a single apology from their side either, very irresponsible. Not recommended.
